As part of a planned leadership transition, we are pleased to announce that Stuart Howe, our Projects Director, is stepping up to become Joint Managing Director alongside Derek Spriggs.
Over the past couple of years, we have been steadily strengthening the structure of the business and developing our senior management team. This appointment is the next step in that process, helping to ensure that AllWater remains strong, resilient and well positioned for long-term success.
As Projects Director, Stuart has played an important role in the business, bringing a deep understanding of our projects, our clients and our team. In this new role, he will build on that experience, sharing responsibility for leading the company into its next chapter.
