Workshop Assistant, Connor wins a dream car- October 2020

Connor, who works in the AWT workshop is the lucky winner of a car, a Nissan Skyline R32 GTR!

The competition was organised by Dream Car Giveaways and all Connor had to do was buy a raffle ticket, answer a generic multiple choice question and then wait and see.

Typically the winners of the draw are announced ‘live’ on Facebook at a set time, but Connor missed the announcement as he was convinced he had little chance of winning.  He was later called by the organisers and told the fantastic news.

He says: ‘I actually bought two raffle tickets but with odds of 5082:2 I honestly never thought I stood a chance of winning.  I couldn’t believe it when the director called me personally on the Monday evening and told me I was the winner.  I’ve always dreamed of owning a GTR and now I actually do!  That was definitely the best £13 I’ve ever spent!’

Connor brought his new car over to the AWT offices for the day just to show the team but intends to leave it at home.
