Compact Maxi Range

The COMPACT MAXI Reverse Osmosis range is designed using horizontally mounted 8 inch RO pressure vessels in order to offer high volume flow rate with low area footprint. The control panel incorporates PLC and HMI for optimisation of operation and the flexibility of integrating ancillary items such as pre-treatment dosing and additional pumps should these be required.

• 7” Colour screen Human Machine Interface (HMI) providing a fully integrated custom display for full RO system control.
• Permeate recycle as standard to reduce water wastage and extend membrane life via automated permeate three-way valve.
• Facility for sampling permeate from individual RO membrane vessels.
• Optional chemical dosing for anti-scalent and chlorine removal with redox monitoring.
• 5 µm cartridge pre-filter for RO system protection.

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The pre-treated water supply is fed through an inlet control valve and a pre filter (5 µm filter element) before reaching the RO high pressure pump. High pressure water is then passed through semi-permeable membranes where water purification takes place, typically rejecting approx. 95% – 99% of contaminants. This purified water is referred to as permeate. The rejected water that does not pass through the membrane contains high concentrations of rejected ions and is known as concentrate. A portion of concentrate will be recycled through the RO with the remainder passed to drain.

Designed, built and tested at our UK manufacturing facility all AWT systems are fully supported with on-going preventative maintenance being provided for additional peace on mind by our national team of in-house engineers.
