Taking part in International Women in Engineering Day – June 2023

Today (23 June 2023) is International Women in Engineering Day!  Organised by the Women’s Engineering Society (WES) and celebrating its 10th year, figures now show that 16.5% of engineers are women.  The theme this year was ‘Make Safety Seen’ and AWT Project Engineer, Lauren, was keen to show her support.  As part of the celebrations, the Women’s Engineering Society asked anyone working in engineering to send in a photograph for their gallery.
