Major refurbishment of Water Treatment System – April 2019

The AllWater Team are currently engaged in supporting an international surface technologies company with a thorough refurbishment of their water treatment system.

Having established that the current equipment is still very much fit for purpose, this cost effective approach will ensure ongoing sustainability for years to come, providing enhanced plant operation and system optimisation.

Works include replacement of instrumentation, full valves upgrade and associated air-line changes on three DI units, provision of a Plant Room Leak Detection System, enhanced safety features with replacement of Acid and Caustic Tanks and additional bunding, and general pipework repairs.

A staged installation approach has been adopted to ensure the client is able to maintain productivity whilst system improvements are implemented.
