Fowl Play – May 2016

Based in beautiful rural Somerset the AWT team are privileged to work closely with nature; the sighting of wild deer, herons, badgers and birds of prey on the way to and from work being almost daily occurrences, but just recently nature has moved just a little closer.

A plucky young moorhen (‘Roger’ Moore-Hen as he has affectionately been named thanks to his quizzical looks) is becoming a regular late afternoon visitor to the industrial unit. Taking his time to assess build progress before moving on, his teatime visits are a real treat.

The team would like to think his appreciation of good quality water is what is attracting him but for whatever reason he may have decided to call by, he is a very welcome visitor!
